On this website and in my social media accounts, I provide information about intentional living, self-empowerment, intuitive intelligence, consciousness encoding, energetic alignment, general wellness and vitality, the mid-life phase of life, and life coaching. Please ensure that you have read and understood the Intuitive Intelligence Trainer Disclaimer which can be found at: https://www.ilonkalucas.com/disclaimer. You will also need to complete a client services agreement prior to working with me.

It is a condition of working with me that you exercise your own personal authority. You must be in a clear and balanced state of mind to work with me. My work is not counselling or therapy. It is not a medical technique and does not replace the need for medical care.

Your choice to act on any of the information provided in the session is solely your responsibility. I do not claim to heal or treat your physical, mental, emotional, or psychological conditions. I simply offer coaching and mentorship for health and wellness, life cycle, and spiritual guidance to allow people the opportunity to experience and access their optimal selves.

The information that you provide as a Client is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party at any stage, unless required by law, or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, for specific purposes consented to by you.

If any concerns arise during our work together, I strongly recommend you seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Indemnity

I do not make any guarantees or warranties about the accuracy of any material displayed on this website, or the products, services, or programs offered through it, except for any non-excludable consumer guarantees and other consumer protection provisions set out in the Australian Consumer Law. I am human and errors creep in despite the best of intentions. If you see something that doesn’t seem right, please let me know.

While I make all reasonable efforts to ensure that this website and my services and products meet with the highest standards of best practice, if something does go wrong that is not a direct result of my negligence, misrepresentation or deliberate fault, you agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or related to my website, any products or services purchased through it, or any material posted on it, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable, and regardless of the nature of the claim.

You take full responsibility for your implementation of any suggestions that I may make while providing my services. You understand that my advice is limited to providing you with options for your consideration, and that you are solely responsible for any actions that you choose to take. You expressly agree that if this indemnity is unenforceable for any reason, my total cumulative liability for all causes of action of any kind (other than negligence or deliberate wrongdoing) shall not exceed the amount that you have paid to me.

Payment Terms

All prices on my website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST when required.

Payments are processed through a third-party provider (Square or Paypal)

I do not have access to your account details. Any financial information you enter is stored under Square’s security policy: https://squareup.com/au/en/security and Paypal’s security policy: https://www.paypal.com/li/webapps/mpp/paypal-safety-and-security

Payment is due in advance before all consultations.

Payment plans are offered for programs and packages for your convenience only, so you can spread your payment out over time. You are still committed to paying the whole amount, even if you change your mind about your purchase, as you have had access to my intellectual property and/or I have completed the work for you.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds to make payment instalments on time. If a payment declines, you will receive a notification and will be required to make alternative payment within 3 working days.
If an invoice is more than 14 days overdue, you agree to pay all costs, including debt collection agency fees and solicitor’s costs, that I may incur in taking steps to recover any money that you owe to me, regardless of whether legal proceedings are issued in relation to the debt.

Please reach out to me if you are having any difficulty in making your payments so that we can make alternative arrangements. I promise to understand.

Refund Policy

I do not offer a refund if you change your mind, so you are encouraged to consider carefully whether a purchase is right for you before you make your payment.

You have the right to cancel a contract for ongoing services or ongoing supply of a product at any time and without needing to give me a reason (such as a month-to-month membership). Please note that this does not apply to payment plans for programs and packages (please see payment terms above). Please advise me your cancellation request in writing via email ilonka@holisticbalance.com.au. You may be entitled to a full refund or partial refund. The amount will depend on whether some or all of the services or products paid for have been provided and any refund will be calculated on an individual pro-rata basis.

Consumer Guarantees

In the event of a problem occurring, I will work with you to provide a solution within 7 days of you notifying me of the problem. In the case of a major problem you can book a free 15-minute consultation with me to discuss the difficulties/issues and to work out a solution.

If you feel that there is any problem with my services and/or your purchase, please let me know within 24 hours of the session. I am keen to understand what has gone wrong if you are unhappy so that I can address your concerns and try to find a mutually acceptable solution.

Limitation of Liability

I take my obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and will do my best to address any issues that arise. However, even if there is a major problem, my liability is strictly limited to:

• replacing the goods or providing the services again; or
• if I am unable to do so within a reasonable time, refunding the full amount that you have paid to me.

If you feel that there is any problem with my services, please let me know within 24 hours. I am keen to understand what has gone wrong if you are unhappy so that I can address your concerns and try to find a mutually acceptable solution.

Delivery & Appointment Policies

Online sessions with me are provided via Zoom. A link will be provided to you at the time of booking along with any other relevant information for your session. If anything is unclear or confusing, I encourage you to reach out to me so I can provide clarification.

How to Prepare

The 1:1 session is an awesome combination of reading and energetics, designed to identify and then powerfully attune you to you soul’s blueprint.

Our time together is precious to me, please be on time and set yourself up somewhere quiet where you won't be disturbed. For online sessions please ensure you have a reliable internet connection.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session or your payment is fortified. If personal circumstances require it, I reserve the right to postpone scheduled appointments.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website [and in all my courses/workshops/resources/eBooks] is protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world, with all rights reserved. This means that you must not use, copy or make my work public without my permission.

I believe in openness and transparency, so I want to let you know that I may have used artificial intelligence, or AI, to help make my content better. This means parts of what you see on my website, including text and images, might have been made with AI assistance. I have chosen my AI tools carefully and have the right to use anything that the AI helped create in my work. I have also invested considerable intellectual effort in transforming the raw material produced by the AI into an original work before sharing it with you. Even though AI may have helped co-create or inspire me, my content is still very much my unique creation, and I claim exclusive ownership of it.

You are welcome to share blog posts or other publicly available content through social media, but you must provide a link back to this website.

Respectful Communication

I reserve the right to moderate any comments made on this website, in the Facebook Groups I control, and on any of my social media pages and profiles, including deleting comments that I deem to be rude, offensive, spammy or unacceptable, without any notification or correspondence with you. Keep all communication kind and polite, please.

Disrespectful, discriminatory, or aggressive behaviour towards me or anybody else will not be tolerated.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

If a dispute arises, you agree that you will not engage in any public discussion about the issues, will behave politely towards me, and will avoid any conduct or communication which might reasonably be expected to interfere with my business or personal interests. You agree to act in good faith and be reasonably cooperative at all stages of the dispute resolution process. I will treat you with the same consideration.

If there is a problem, you agree to meet with me in good faith to discuss it and try to make a genuine effort to find a win-win solution. If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you agree to pursue mediation and alternative methods of dispute resolution, with litigation being a last resort. I commit to making a similar effort to resolve any disputes in a friendly manner.

These Website Terms & Conditions are subject to the governing law of Queensland. Regardless of where you live in the world, you irrevocably agree that if the dispute resolution processes fail, the courts of Queensland, and the Commonwealth of Australia, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
